4. Our Delivery Policy
Our delivery process is fast, safe, and efficient.
We aim to deliver orders within the committed timeframe, usually the same day within Fujairah and Sharjah, and 1–2 days across the UAE.
All deliveries are handled by trained logistics partners who ensure product quality and freshness are maintained.
If there are unexpected delays, our team will immediately inform the customer.

If any item is damaged, expired, or incorrectly delivered, customers can contact us within 5 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
For safety reasons, perishable or opened products cannot be returned.

Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible for perishable food items.
